When we made the reservation the hotel asked us when we will arrive and we said that we had a late flight so we'll not be at the hotel before 00h30. When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist told us that she didn't have a reservation from us and that we had cancelled it. I showed her the booking confirmation but the hotel was full anyway. We had to find a new hotel at 1am because of that. And she even asked us to say that we didn't show up so she doean't have to pay the fees... Even if you could feel she was sorry for us she didn't really try to help us.
