"Situación incómoda"

La habitación cómoda y limpia.

Lastimosamente la ubicación no es la mejor, el hotel está ubicado en una zona de tolerancia de Pereira entonces es importante no salir tarde en la noche y así mismo tratar de entrar temprano por seguridad. Hubo una situación un tanto incómoda al segundo día de la estadía y fue que al llegar a descansar, eran las 10:00pm aproximadamente, había un señor bebiendo en la sala de estar hablando muy duro. Al cabo de un rato cesó el ruido pero salí por un vaso de agua a la cocina y estaba completamente borracho, dormido tirado en el piso roncando y olía muy feo. Eso me incomodó bastante porque dudé de que si era un huésped, ¿por qué no estaba en su habitación?

Staff were excellent. Very friendly and courteus. The hotel was not located in the safest area. The facility was ok. The breakfast was good. Overall ok.
