La atención por parte de el personal muy atentos y pendientes de las necesidades. Incluso en la noche del sábado, que no hubo energía en la zona.

Ha sido nuestra mejor estancia del eje cafetero! Llegamos agotadas de un día de viaje y nos recibieron como en casa, poniendo mil facilidades y ofreciéndonos la posibilidad de cenar en el jardín. La habitación es amplia, esta impoluta y las camas son súper cómodas. El desayuno muy bueno y completo, con fruta, huevos de tres tipos diferentes y arepas. Sobre todo queremos destacar la amabilidad, ayuda y facilidades que nos ofrecieron. Son estas cosas las que marcan la diferencia y lo recomendamos muchísimo!!

Maria Luz y Gelacio treated us like family. It was an excellent experience. The location is very convenient as a base to have daytrips to the coffee farms and the surrounding towns. It is close enough to Pereira but far enough to avoid traffic and noise. Also it is convenient, because one day a week cars cannot transit through the city depending on the license plate, but as the hotel is in the outskirts you can still use your rented car (a must if staying here) to go on your tours. We loved our stay at the hotel. Highly recommended!

We loved everything about it. It was exactly what we were looking for on this vacation. We were a little worried about the road leading towards the hotel, which is not paved, once you come out of the highway, but we found out it is safe, well illuminated and very well mantained, only about 1 km. It is better to rent a car for easy access to and from the hotel. Breakfast is included and is really good. They also have limited dinner service in the evenings. It is better to have a car so you can have the option to go have dinner at other places if you prefer. There is no fridge or microwave in the rooms, but they let you put things in the kitchen fridge if you need to. Bathrooms have different sizes depending on the room, ours was a great size, my children's was smaller. It is a great hotel, well mantained and cared for, super clean and comfortable. We had an excellent experience
