"Beautiful hotel with potential"

Historical building, delicious food, friendly receptionist

Staff/waiter/waitress at the restaurants are inattentive, waited for a beer for half an hour, finished eating and were waiting for staff to clean our tables for half an hour, received a false order that we were charged for. Unfortunately that was a constant and what we've experienced every time we went for a drink or meal at one of the restaurants
