El hotel está bien ubicado en el centro de Paipa.

Las camas no eran tan cómodas. Si bien tramitaron para acceso con descuento al Instituto Termal de Paipa diligenciaron el formato sin NIT ni para el servicio de hidro terapia deseado. Afortunadamente en el ITP nos valieron el formato.
