"Didn't stay and refused to communicate with me"

Cancelled booking

Poor communication ie failed to respond to contacts with the hotel, booking.com had the same experience when trying to contact the hotel on my behalf.

Clean

We had rooftop rooms, not expected with the booking. Windows with no curtains and super hot! Not even a Hello when we arrived, just someone pushed the keys to us.

"Lovely hotel in Roveredo"

The staff were lovely and very friendly. Food and drinks were great, every morning, coffee and croissants for breakfast were delicious and pizza in the restaurant was very tasty.

When they didn't have croissants one of the mornings as it was a bank holiday, still need a croissant :) The hotel rooms might need more power points and the bathrooms need a little updating.
