The staff it's no reliable

It has a lift, that's good, they allow to receive take out in the room, so you don't have to go to the reception desk for it. The fan works like a charm, (actually too well, I had some cold at night), outside noise is not too troublesome, but some can be heard, nevertheless, breakfast is included in the restaurant crossing the street, and they had good Santandereano tamale

Well... It's dirty, the staff is not very friendly and eventhough it's a bare bones suite, the furniture is old and dirty, the blinds are gray (they are supposed to be white) and the chain was damaged, it seems they made a knot to keep it together. The location doesn't look very safe (it's close to a bustling district, but I had the feeling that going outside at night was a no no). You have to be careful with the water, it has a good pressure in the shower but it comes scalding hot, actually I scorched my foot when trying to control it's temperature. And last, but not least, the bed was hard as a rock, I believe that you need a solid mattress, but that was akin to cement. But we'll, what can I say, you get what you pay

it was hot and humid in Bucaramanga, and my room had no AC and the fan made noise all the time...
