"Excelente ubicación y personal amable"

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, el personal siempre fue muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar, las instalaciones eran muy bonitas y modernas.

Las almohadas eran un poco bajas y no se contaban con adicionales y el wifi no llegaba a la habitación, pero no fue nada grave.

Reservé con anticipación una habitación con balcòn, me entregaron una sin balcón, sin ventana, ni ventilación y me cobraron lo mismo. No me parece correcto.

"EXCELENTE RELACIÓN COSTO-BENEFICIO."

Las instalaciones muy completas,cómodas y limpias. Iluminación excelente. La atención del personal excelente, especialmente Marcela, una persona con una excelente actitud de servicio y colaboración.
