Swiss Lodge Nassa Garni

The hotel is in a great location on one of the smartest streets in the city and just 50 metres from the lake side. Our room had a very small balcony overlooking the lake. The guy in reception was very helpful with pointing out places of interest and helping us with our onward travel plans. The breakfast was continental with a good selection.

The hotel was adequate but had seen better days. But the thing that we found disappointing was the fact that we had to ask for everything. Bottles of mineral water for the room which were supposed to be included. I couldn’t plug the tv and the air con in at the same time as only one power socket. A double socket adapter was freely given but I had to ask for it.

Wir haben 2 Nächte in einem Dreibettzimmer mit Balkon und Seesicht im Hotel Nassa verbracht. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, mitten im Zentrum von Lugano und alles ist fussläufig erreichbar. Das Personal war überall ausgezeichnet freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, das Check-In unkompliziert. Unser Zimmer war gross und funktionell eingerichtet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Betten sind bequem und es hatte ein grosses Badezimmer. Der Balkon mit Seesicht ist toll. Der Frühstücksraum ist klein, die Auswahl ist gut. Wir hatten den Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder dort logieren

Nichts

Lage direkt im Zentrum. Frühstück exzellent, für 3 Sterne außergewöhnlich gut. Zimmer trotz Buchungsbestätigung (Bild vom Balkon) von booking.com mit Balkon, wurde uns kein solches Zimmer trotz Verweis auf die Bestätigung angeboten (auch kein Preisausgleich ).

Das Hotel war sehr schwierig in der Innenstadt zu finden (schlecht ausgeschildert, Parkplätze sehr schwierig zu finden ). Angebot mit Skizze wäre angebracht. Zimmer war sehr klein.
