Una buena ubicación y tiene buen parqueadero

El sanitario no llenaba bien el tanque, informamos y nos dijeron que estaba presentando problemas así que no resolvieron, nos prestaron un balde. Las escaleras son angostas y complica para ir con equipaje pesado porque no hay ascensor

La ubicación, muy bien situado.

El parqueadero no está en las instalaciones del hotel, es un tercero y cuando fuimos a sacar el carro el personal del parking fueron muy groseros.

Limpieza y comodidad

Habíamos anunciado que saldríamos muy temprano pero no lo tuvieron en cuenta y el parqueadero estuvo cerrado. No había nadie por un lapso de al menos dos horas en el lobby, ni en general a cargo del hotel, y nadie contestaba los números celulares.
