Separé la habitación con buen tiempo de antelación, pagué más de la mitad del precio acordado y sin embargo, a último momento, antes de llegar al lugar, me cancelaron sin un aviso de mínimo 1 día. Se supone que la descripción del hotel advierte cancelar reserva gratis, con 5 días antes de la fecha reservada, pero como es posible que ellos cancelen justo el mismo día que ya uno está viajando hacia el lugar, no dan chance de buscar otro hospedaje y tampoco dan solución alterna. Exigen, pero no dan cumplimiento a sus reglas.
