The breakfast was excellent Also it was a quiet place and the family room was good

I thought the hotel was located closer to the main square, instead it was located towards the outskirts and we had to use the tuk tuks, I wish the specific info on the location had been more clear. Also we requested an extra pillow and the answers was they didn’t have any more. This should be advertised as a simple bed and breakfast, not a hotel.

Beautiful new construction with attention to detail and traditional building methods. It’s a few blocks from busy downtown and area is safe.

The road in front is partly paved and parking is a block away.

The breakfast was nutritious & incredible value. They are true chef’s here! I loved having different fruits every day. It was a short walk from the centre of the town which we enjoyed, because that meant it was peaceful at almost all hours. A really serene environment!

The property is lovely, the views are beautiful. Jacquie was so nice and helpful with suggestions on what to do and was helpful assisting us check in later at night.

The beds are super firm, which was a little uncomfortable.

Everything was very clean, the building is very beautiful and looks pretty new still. They helped us arrange transportation very easily.

The pillows are very slim and there was no hot water. As there was no one at the desk after 5pm we couldn’t ask anyone how to fix it. Also it took a while for them to serve breakfast, so having more staff available could help

BEST SHOWER IN COLOMBIA! Hot water and excellent water pressure. We hiked from Los Santos to Barichara over two days. This was such a lovely finish to that hike. The room was very comfortable, the pool deck and the common areas are beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was very helpful and kind. We had three people in our room and felt it to be spacious and comfortable. It is on the edge of town, so very quiet and peaceful. The aesthetic of the hotel is well designed and we would be happy to stay again.

There was shampoo and soap, hair conditioner would also be really nice.

Nice place, great view of the hills, good breakfast nice choices, had Claudia available right away to take us into the city and give us a nice day tour

Out of the way - far from the center, Tuk Tuk wouldn't take us to the hotel from terminal- 11 min walk Cold shower and pool

Very cosy, comfortable and neat hotel room. Location is at a peaceful corner at the border of the town but easy to walk to and from. It is peaceful and close to nature. Pool is well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for anyone visiting this cute town. Unbeatable value!
