Hotel Chalet El Castillo by Majuva

Es un hotel con buena ubicacion en una casa dentro de un conjunto muy bien ubicado, y seguro, bonitas instalaciones, con servicios de piscina, salon de juegos, y parqueadero interno. El personal y la administradoras muy amables y pendientes de los requerimientos. buena limpieza. Bien ubicado, a 100 metros de una plazoleta de comidas con buenos restaurantes. El cafe que ofrecen es de excelente calidad. El desayuno es variado y muy exquisito.

No me gusto que los closets del cuarto, no tienen repisas para colocar la ropa, teniendo que mantener la ropa en las maletas durante la estancia, situacion bastante incomoda, lo cual en un hotel de esta categoria y precio deberia ser un requisito minimo, asi mismo no tiene gimnasio, solo ofrecen como comida el desayuno, pienso deberian ampliar la oferta a la comida de noche.

One of the most important aspects of my stay was how safe and secure I felt at all times. You can genuinely disconnect and feel at ease here. The service deserves the highest praise. The staff are exceptional, kind, attentive, and deeply human. Thank you Marien, Don Jairo, Yiceth, Don Jorge, and Norvelys for your warmth, professionalism, and heartfelt care. You made me feel welcome, respected, and at home. Every interaction felt sincere, never forced, and always thoughtful. The food was another highlight, fresh, comforting, and prepared with love. Each meal added to the overall feeling of nourishment and tranquility that defines this place. And then there is Valentina, the soul of Hotel Chalet El Castillo. I truly struggle to find words that do her justice. Valentina is one of those rare people whose kindness, compassion, and presence you feel immediately. She leads with heart, passion, and authenticity, and it reflects in every single detail of the property.

Honestly, nothing. Everything was perfect, wonderful, and highly exceeded my expectations.

El Hotel Chalet El Castillo es una opción súper recomendadísima si vas a pasar unos días en el Eje Cafetero! Sus instalaciones son cómodas, limpias y te ofrecen una excelente atención. Destaco la amabilidad de Valentina, Alejandra y Marien. Los desayunos son buenísimos y tienen una variedad de opciones todas preparadas con esmero y servidas a la hora que lo convengas desde el día anterior. El servicio de transporte desde el aeropuerto fue tan bueno y confiable que contratamos a don Abelardo para que nos llevara a varios destinos turísticos cercanos con la mayor tranquilidad y comodidad.

Muy cómodo, muy bonitas las instalaciones, excelente atención
