El hotel es precioso, las instalaciones lindas y muy limpias, te hacen sentir como en casa y están pendientes de hacer tu estadía lo más agradable posible. Los desayunos preparados por Alejandra son deliciosos y excelentes para empezar tu día con energía y visitar todos los sitios turísticos. Excelente ubicación cerca del aeropuerto y tranquilo. Esperamos poder regresar pronto.

¡Nuestra estancia en el Castillo by Majuva en Armenia fue simplemente inolvidable! Desde el momento en que llegamos, la atención personalizada nos hizo sentir como si estuviéramos visitando a buenos amigos en lugar de simplemente alojándonos en un hotel. Las instalaciones son impecables y reflejan el cuidado y la dedicación de todo el equipo. Los desayunos fueron un verdadero deleite, con opciones exquisitas y detalles especiales que demostraron lo atentos que son a las necesidades y gustos de sus huéspedes. Queremos dar un agradecimiento muy especial a Alejandra por hacer nuestra estadía tan amena, a la señora Marien y a don Jairo por sus atenciones y consejos y, por supuesto, a nuestros conductores estrella, Don Abelardo y Nico, quienes hicieron de nuestros traslados una experiencia fantástica. La struttura era ben tenuta e accogliente, il personale estremamente cortese e disponibile anche agli orari meno standard in cui abbiamo richiesto la cena e nel prepararci il box colazione per la ripartenza. Sempre sorridenti! Grazie

We were extremely satisfied with our stay at this hotel! The architecture of the place is absolutely beautiful — every corner is thoughtfully designed and full of character. The food was delicious, with plenty of variety and fresh options every day. What really made the difference was the staff: they went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect experience. Every request was met with a smile and genuine care. We truly felt welcomed and well looked after. Highly recommended — we would definitely return!

Everything was perfect! Wonderful hospitality, beautiful accomodations, excellent breakfast, well located close to plenty of food options including a grocery store. The suite with the balcony is a pure dream and a bird watchers paradise. Maybe my favorite place I've ever stayed.
