The pool, although the pool side snacks (nuts) were stale.

The security check when you arrive at the hotel in a taxi is annoying and absolutely ridiculous. You have to come out of the taxi with all your luggage, which they then proceed to pass through a scanner and then put back in the taxi, before proceeding to the hotel entrance, absolutely insane and a terrible experience.
