Excellent location, close to the Metro, tourist areas including Plaza de Armas and Lastarria (local market and restaurants), and a 20-minute walk from Bellavista (street art and restaurants). Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast brought to your room daily.

Our door was unfortunately jammed so needed someone to constantly open it for us, and hair dryer wasn’t working. No other facilities worth mentioning

Friendly and helpful reception staff. Breakfast tray deliver to room in the morning. Very clean room and bathroom. I like the artistic paint work on wall in the room and the vibe.

Location was good, walking distance to a lot of sights and cafes/restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable.

They kept marking my card as invalid on booking.com even though there was no issue with it and I paid with the same card on arrival. Breakfast is ok, they serve it in the room at a pre arranged time. Coffee is terrible.
