The location and there was a fridge in the room.

The staff at the reception didn't have the information about our booking, and we had already paid 50% of it. The air conditioner was not cooling properly. There were only two towels in the room and we were four people. The staff mentioned that the rest of towels will be given later, but we never recieved them.
