Spanish school Pura Vida. Group Classes: Monday to Friday from 9 am to 13 pm. 20 hours a week. Value: $ 200 Private lessons: flexible schedules to coordinate. Minimum 2 hours daily Value: 15 $ per hour. Please notice that we are a small family business without 24-hour reception. We are happy to welcome you any time between 8am and 8pm. Unfortunately a later check in is not possible.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.

I loved my stay here! Cindy, Mercedes and Almut took the best care of me and the hotel was perfect :) open space, very comfortable and clean room and just a stone’s throw away from the main road, shops, restaurants, bars and a beautiful local beach - I literally couldn’t have asked for better or more! If you’re looking for warm and friendly staff, and a clean and comfortable place to lay your head in a central location, then I would highly recommend a stay here :) I hope to return one day soon!

"Beautiful property and friendly and helpful staff."

Beautiful facilities, the flower, foliage, ambience...excellent

The beds were not the most comfortable, my back hurt and I couldn't wait to get to my bed for a good night's sleep. Also, it would have been nice to have kitchen access for tea, coffee, drinks..that part was missing. There was a homey atmosphere minus kitchen access

The hotel is close to the beach and most restaurants in Puerto Viejo. Staff is quite friendly, room was large, and the hotel has a close contact to nature

I always choose room with breakfast, but breakfast was too expensive; anyway CosTa Rica is a very expensive country

Good location and big room, shared bathroom was good and staff were helpful

Windows in the room didn’t have any glass in, only mosquito nets, which was fine but didn’t feel that private
