Jacamar Corcovado Drake Bay

Hotel Jacamar was a nice stay and good value for money. The location is great and the rooms are spacious and clean and well equipped. There is no tv in the room, but frankly you don’t need it as there is so much beautiful wildlife to observe right from the porch. We appreciated the gated parking for our rental car and they can organize for you to have an early breakfast if you’re going to Corocovado NP and head out early with the tour boat.

I loved my stay at Jacamar. All the plants on the property are very pretty. My room was spacious and clean. The laundry facilities were especially welcomed. The staff on reception was very helpful, always on hand via whatsapp to answer any questions or help. It is located in the town so you are close to restaurants/shops. The cold filtered water in reception was appreciated.

The property is very nice. The staff is very helpful. Especially Dylan. Do not stay here if you have any trouble with stairs. Most rooms are 2-3 flights down. Property sits on a hill. A/C is cold, beds comfy, hot shower. My room was dark and had no views #7. Could not move rooms as hotel was booked. If staying in any other room. Should be a pleasant experience.

The room was spacious, well airconditioned and with a beautiful private balcony with a view of many trees (and birds). The breakfast is quite good and can be arranged for very early in the morning. The staff has been super helpful with arranging tours and picking us up and dropping us off at the boat.

Very helpful staff and experienced at helping to organise our trip over to Sirena. Comfy and spacious rooms especially the rooms with a terrace. Parking a bonus and early breakfast (5.30!) available.

A minor problem is the office opening times, 12.00 to 18.00. You just need to remember this to pay any extras.

Spacious room and bathroom with private patio! Beautiful view. Very good beds. They provided stuff to clean shoes/stuff from hiking in Corcovado and shuttle service to the boat.

The receptionist was very, very friendly and helpful!!! The hotel is beautiful and the rooms very comfortable. Drake Bay is a small, nice villlage abd the boat from Sierpe is very nice.

Pleasantly surprised how updated the room was. Good location in Drake Bay. Little loud with street traffic but I'm guessing this is probably most of the accommodations in Drake Bay. Good overnight stay for a early visit in the park.
