La piscina y lo comodo que estaba la cama

En el baño entraba un olor fuerte de cañeria que si incomodaba a la hora de entrar al baño por todo lo demas increible!

Desayuno estuvo bien, la persona que nos atendió muy amena y servicial

Aseo de la habitación no es buena. La cama no tenía protector el colchón, las sábanas súper delgadas. El baño tenía moho.

The staff is very professional. They helped me resolve a payment issue. They helped me call for food delivery. The restaurant is superb.

There was no AC in the hotel room.

The grounds and area were beautiful pool areas and walking paths amazing. Breakfast was typical Tico Breakfast, which was OK. The bartender server was amazing and very helpful.

Our family villa was infested with ants. The kitchen was very dirty but the bathroom was the worst part of the villa. It smelt like a sewer exploded. Even with all windows opened in the villa and bathroom door shut, the sewer crap smell was extremely strong. We only stayed 1 night.

The room was not worth the price I paid. Maybe at $40-$50 a night with breakfast the room would have been worth it. The dehumidfier did not work, and was not replaced when the front desk was told.
