Nos rompieron un piloto del coche de alquiler y no me han facilitado los vídeos de seguridad al completo. Me mandan grabaciones resumidas y cortadas diciendo que no fueron ellos.

Pedimos cambio de habitación, la primera era un desastre la segunda un poco mejor.

The location is superb. The views were very good. The staff were top notch, and very attentive. I communicated ahead of our visit to arrange a birthday cake for my wife, and they handled this request perfectly.,

The road up the steep hill was under construction, which meant that half of it was not useable., The edge of the new half had rebar metal prongs sticking out of the (new) concrete. These left a tire damage hazard when driving on the old part. As a result, the drive in was hair raising. One of the cars of the group we came with had a flat tire shortly after arrival (though I can't be sure the above hazard was the cause). When completed, the road will be much better, but I would have appreciated info when we registered (rather than a few days prior to our arrival) regarding the road construction. My second issue with the description of the hotel was that (for me) the description of the facilities did not succeed in communicating that guests stay in different buildings which are primarily accessed by stairs. (However there was a shuttle available for the folks in our party who directly booked their rooms, and ended up furthest down the hill.) I carefully read reviews and had gathered that stairs might be an issue. But I think the description on the Booking site (aside from the Reviews) could have been clearer regarding this issue. For some guests this might be a major problem, though it was not a major issue for us
