Localization

Dirty rooms, no soap in the bathrooms, poor service from the waiters and on the last day we were unable to have breakfast because there was no availability within the established schedule.

Hotel in the middle of the forest. Hollow monkeys around the hotel, and other animals. Small pool and pool area, but nice. Helpful staff.

A lot of construction on the hotel, which spoiled the quietness.

"Very nice spot with a bitter aftertaste when thinking of « la granja »"

A remote place in nature, very calm and peaceful. The staff was very nice and helpfull, but it seems that they cut down on staff and they struggle a bit to get it going and keep this nice spot in good shape.

The farm, where they keep the animals in miserable conditions… 😢 they all look starved.

Amazing view, amazing terrace. Very into the nature of Costa Rica. My room had an amazing private balcony. Loved it. Very friendly staff.

Be aware you need a car to get there. Or you walk to the main street (around 5-10mins walk) and catch the bus to Montezuma / Cobáno.

The pool, the view, the staff, the on-site restaurant and the beautiful shower!!!

The cleanliness of the room was questionable, but that is debatable because you are in the middle of nature at the end of the day.

Everything. There is a restaurant & swimming pool within the hotel. The staff is more than great ! You really have the feeling to be fully in nature.

Nothing. I liked everything. So much that i came back for 2 nights more. Also, the location is great. It's in Montezuma and 30mn away from Santa Teresa.
