Nos gustó muchísimo la atención tan acogedora de los dueños, esposa y marido; atentos a ofrecer cualquier detalle para nuestra comodidad, excelente dormitorio, buena cama, limpieza excelente, tranquilo, buenos horarios de recepción como de check-out; si volvieramos a Pucón creo que lo haríamos en el mismo Hotel, buena ubicación, buenos datos; todo muy bueno.-

"Comoda estadia en pucon"

El alojamiento cuenta con una ubicación excepcional, cercana a cafeterías, restaurantes, bares y al casino. La habitación estaba impecable, muy limpia y ordenada, además de contar con aire acondicionado, lo que hizo la estadía aún más cómoda. También disponen de una canasta con snacks y bebidas a la venta dentro de la habitación. El personal destacó por su amabilidad y preocupación constante para asegurar que los huéspedes tuvieran una excelente experiencia.

Las habitaciones ubicadas cerca de la recepción no cuentan con una buena aislación acústica, ya que se puede escuchar fácilmente el ruido y las conversaciones provenientes de esa área. Como oportunidad de mejora, también sería recomendable reemplazar las ventanas por termopaneles, lo que ayudaría a mejorar la aislación térmica de las habitaciones, especialmente durante el invierno.

"Charming and Great Value B and B in Lovely Pucón"

Cosy small hotel/B and B in great central location. Comfortable room with amazingly well stocked mini bar. Delightful and friendly staff who could not do enough for you.

Bathroom was cold and shower was more of a drip than a proper flow. Towels were clean but had a musty smell.
