Miła obsługa

Budynek zaniedbany, zdjęcia które są w ofercie są nieaktualne w pokojach popękane ściany brudno. Sauny dodatkowo płatne w pokoju brak jakiegokolwiek wyposażenia w schronisku górskim panują lepsze warunki niz w tym obiekcie zdecydowanie nie polecam jedyny plus to mila obsługa oraz możliwość podładowania rowera elektrycznego

Poměr cena/kvalita. Kdyby to bylo za 500,- na osobu, tak ok. Ale za ty peníze se očekává jiná úroveň ubytování. Na lyžák pro děti dobrý. Snídaně katastrofa.

Lage am Pass Bahnstation der Schlesischen Semmering-Bahn direkt am Hotel Optisch sehr schönes Hotel Abendessen sehr gut (Portionen könnten etwas größer sein) Schöner Pool Personal freundlich

Insgesamt etwas abgewohnt Spielplatz teilweise gesperrt, da Geräte defekt Fast keine Steckdosen am Zimmer Frühstück erst ab 8 Uhr Frühstück gerade noch 3- (keine Kaffee Auswahl, auch sonst nur das Nötigste) Leider Speisekarte nur auf tschechisch Das schlimmste: Das Bad in unserem Zimmer stank nach Kloake, das WC war schon sauber, aber anscheinend irgendwelche Dichtungen kaputt. Beim Einchecken war es nicht wirklich aufgefallen, aber über Nacht kam der Gestank ins Zimmer. Schrecklich!!!!!!

Ubytování i restaurace působily výrazně předraženě vzhledem k celkové kvalitě služeb. Restaurace bohužel nenaplnila očekávání a poměr cena/výkon nebyl odpovídající. Během pobytu jsme museli měnit pokoj z důvodu nepříjemného zápachu, což také nepřispělo k celkovému dojmu. Celkově ubytování neodpovídá cenové úrovni, kterou zařízení požaduje.
