Hotel La Romantica

The entry and parking were good. The staff always tried to help. I enjoyed the integration of the hotel into the rock wall and the way room access was organized. The room was clean and interesting. One of the few hotels that actually has a minibar. The room had a luggage stand. The bathroom was clean, and warm water ran steadily. Breakfast was good.

The revelation came when the restaurant was closed before official closing hours, with the explanation, "They went home early." The staff was nice but unable to recommend a relevant substitute. Instead of the promised Japanese place, we only found a Chinese buffet (and it's not the US all-you-can-eat kind, but the Czech kind) that was already closed. Similarly, the bed looked and felt like 2 singles put together - not a Queen or King. Again - something I don't expect in a hotel that presents itself as four-star and "boutique and luxurious." So here, I'd rate it as disappointing.
