"Increíble estadía en Río Serrano, volvería"

La ubicación inmejorable, el trato del personal, los restaurantes super ricos, el desayuno, la vistas hermosas desde la habitación. Había agua filtrada y caliente gratis en las habitaciones con una máquina ecológica que podías rellenarlo cuando quisieras, un buen detalle.

Es un detalle, pero pusieron un domo en la mitad del hermoso jardin, creo que debieron sacarlo antes por que arruinaba la vista. A los precios de booking hay que sumarle el IVA, eso estaba poco claro.

"Outstanding setting and great amenities!"

Appreciated the restaurants, the free lamb BBQ, the amazing spa and the surreal setting as well as the great breakfast, and the packed breakfast (free) and packed lunch (for a fee). Staff were very helpful.

The drive in our rental vehicle on narrow pothole filled dirt roads was complicated, but a worthwhile trade off for staying within the National Park. A once in a lifetime kind of place to stay. The strong Patagonian winds can be disturbing to some at night, so ask about noise level at check-in if an issue or bring good earplugs!

It’s incredibly difficult to book a room at this hotel; we were only able to secure one night’s stay. That said, the views from the hotel are truly magnificent, and the food and wine in the restaurant will certainly not disappoint. Whether at dawn or dusk, the stunning scenery surrounding the hotel is truly unforgettable.
