Po zameldowaniu się w hotelu otrzymaliśmy klucze do pokoju, który (po wejściu do pokoju) okazał się już zajęty przez kogoś innego. Potem otrzymaliśmy klucze do innego pokoju, który po wejściu, okazało się że nie został posprzątany po poprzednich gościach (była już godzina 21:30). Nie zgodziliśmy się na czekanie na posprzątanie pokoju i wymianę pościeli i ręczników, i zrezygnowaliśmy z tego hotelu!
