Everything was perfect

The location is great. It’s at the edge of the forest between Zlín and Kudlov. At night, you’ll likely need a car to reach the hotel from downtown Zlín.

The atmosphere felt odd, almost like entering a clinic. There was a sterile smell—not dirty, just strange for a hotel.

the service, the front desk very friendly and helpfull, the rooms was very clean, just what i needed quiet clean friendly helpfull after traveling allday, would recommend and recomended for others, having a private sauna and hot tub for an hour 1/2 was top of the cream.

All staff were courteous, efficient and welcoming, especially Katerina at check-in and Erika who looked after my room that was clean and comfortable. The hotel is situated on a hill with good views across the city. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of both hot and cold food.

I scored the hotel 9/10 but would've given it 10. The only reason I didn't was due to the bathroom. Whilst it was pleasant and well equipped, the floor tiling in both the shower and surrounding area was not non-slip. I actually slipped over once but fortunately fell on my side so didn't injure myself badly. Having nearly fallen again, I then laid towels on the floor to prevent it happening again.

Breakfast was very poor. The staff in the morning did not pay attention to their guests. They did not welcome or greet the guests. There was a poor selection of food.
