Na izbe boli ploštice. Sestra a deti spali druhú noc na lúke lebo izba bola nepoužiteľná! Potom sme ich vzali k nám do apartmánu kde ploštice neboli. Tam však boli iba 4 postele nás bolo 5. Informovali sme personál ešte na mieste a dodali fotky ploštíc nakoľko ich bola plná izba! nebola nám ponúknutá ani náhradná izba .Treba to DERATIZOVAŤ! Po kontaktovaní emailom nás ešte obvinili že sme ich vlastne mohli priniesť z domu čo je nehorázne!
