Hotel Praha

Neochotny personál, 15 min jsem cekala nez si mě nekdo všiml na recepci a pri rezervaci pokoje pro 5 lidí nám bylo řečeno že není a byl nám nabídnut jiný za stejný peníze ale jen pro 3+ přistýlka. Katastrofa, po 3 hod.na cestě jsem musela hledat náhradní ubytování. Tam už nikdy!!!

Die Ausstattung war mäßig!

They cancel my reservation because my arrival was too late for them and they left me without room. Thanks to booking support, they have rescheduled to an other close hotel. Hotel Praha told me that they will not charge me for the cancellation at least.

it was great we could park in the garages, and that there is elevator in the building. Room had additional floor for our child (good for 2 children), it was very nice to have child separated from us (but no door in between). TV programs in German were good. We liked that hotel served a lot of fruit. Cleaning was good, we had enough towels and toilet paper.

Swimming pool was small, OK for one visit, at least it also had a whirlpool. Breakfasts and dinners were sad, limited choice of food (very traditional), poor lighting in the huge cold hall, nothing to write home about. Restaurant with bar on the ground floor had excellent barman service, but with almost no people there and dim lights it was not welcoming. That's why we spent more time at the modern brewery across the street. Oh, and biggest drawback for me - no electric kettle in the room!
