Exkluzivní!

We wanted a hotel close to the Oaks Golf course, and it did well fit the bill. The room was good, and everything else was reasonably good, as well.

One can't drive up to the entrance to off-load and has to carry the luggage quite far. No trolleys and any other help with it.

Lovely big room. Great restaurant and restaurant staff and front desk friendly and helpful. I have been here many times in recent few years. The lower score is due to one reason only

I stayed here two days before this stay and it was great. I had a massage with a lady which was relaxing and good. Unfortunately this stay the massage was with a man and despite saying relaxing 24 hours later still hurts. Having neck in headlock and lifting head and twisting was surely not relaxing. I really should have walked out. I am not sure if I will visit again given poor memory. My wife had cramps afterwards too. Either way I will certainly never book massage in advance again. Regrettably this spoiled this visit. When everything else was nice and relaxing. Ironically the reason we went back was such relaxing massages we had from the lady a couple of days before. Really a shame.

Гарний чистий номер. Гарна територія. Хороша локація. Дозволили взяти їжу в номер.

Здалося, що готель не дуже розрахований на відпочинок сімʼєю з маленькими дітьми. В спа-центр дітям можна лише до 17:00 (хоча це і вказано на сторінці готелю, але дуже дивне правило). На питання «Чому такі правила?» відповідь була - «Так вирішив власник» 🙁 В ресторані пані нагримала на дітей, коли ті хотіли налити собі соку. Можна зробити це любʼязно і з повагою до гостей, якщо ви переживаєте, що вони розіллють сік чи розібʼють стакан.
