The staff was amazing, the rooms were nice and clean. Brekfast was delicious. Parking is available next to the hotel.

The hotel is located out of town and there are no restaurants and bars nearby.

The owner couple is nice, they answer all your requests, they are helpful and friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend it. (And his grandson, Josef, is a symptom.)

In a lovely quiet location, very scenic, the breakfast was well catered for, and the Host was easy to communicate with, very helpful and friendly. easy access to bus routes into Karlovy Vary. The room was spacious, and everything was in good order. Good on-site parking.

"Couldnt sleep with all the noise and had to move out after day 2"

New management is trying and has improved the breakfast but please dont reserve room 8 you might as well sleep on the pavement it is so noisy
