S pobytem v hotelu jsem velmi spokojena. Před příjezdem jsem byla telefonicky oslovena a recepční mi vybrala pokoj dle mých představ. Příjezd i odjezd mohl být dle dohody. Hotel má své vlastní parkoviště a není přístupný veřejnosti. Cítila jsem se zde bezpečně a příjemně. Byla jsem ubytovaná v pokoji Deluxe, toto nabízí zdarma parkování a snídaně v ceně ubytování. Snídaně jsou skvělé, jak uvádějí předchozí recenze. Hotel je čistý, v klidné části města. Personál velice milý a vstřícný.

Do Vsetína jezdíme skoro 20 let, ale v tomto hotelu jsme ještě ubytování nebyli. A byli jsme mile překvapeni. Paní recepční úžasná, milá, vstřícná, ve všem nám s úsměvem vyhověla. Pokoj prostorný, čistý, pohodlný. Snídaně bohatá a rozmanitá. Určitě se budeme chtít vrátit.

Není co vytknout.
