Zimmer bzw suite durch kostenloses Upgrade war super schön und gut ausgestattet.

Service in der Bar lässt zu wünschen übrig. Wurden sowohl mittags als auch abends nicht wirklich beachtet erst nach mehrmaligem aufmerksam machen das wir etwas bestellen wollten. Da sind wir aus anderen hotels einen besseren Service gewöhnt. Beim Abendessen in einem 5 Sterne hotel nur ein gedruckten Zettel mit dem Menü ist auch nicht ansprechend. Keine Getränkekarte

The facilities, hotel pool and spa and the restaurants were absolutely great. Food was the biggest saving grace of the entire stay. Quality and attention to detail in the plating and ingredients stands out.

The service was absolutely below standard. You expect a basic level of service and warmth from the staff at a hotel of this level and the prices that they are charging. The front desk in particular was cold, rude and in most cases non helpful in finding solutions or creating itineraries. Most of the staff didn’t speak English and was difficult to communicate. That being said most of the service staff in the restaurants was extremely sweet and attentive.

In a word, Dollenberg is a true escape—a romantic getaway straight out of a fairy tale. It's what we long for in the rush of our big-city lives. I strongly recommend visiting while the Schmiederer family is still running the hotel. Like masters of a sacred temple, their presence and dedication bring soul to every corner of the place. Their love is what makes your stay truly unforgettable. If you appreciate tradition, hedonism, and the magic of a perfect escape—this is your destination.

The Gym will be nice to improve .

Sehr schöne Lage, hervorragenderes Restaurant, sehr freundliches Personal.

Hatte 1 Zimmer- leider in renovierungsbedürftigem Zustand . Matratzen waren durchgelegen, man lag in einer Kuhle .Preis Leistung stimmt hier nicht. Sicher keine 5 Sterne f dieses Zimmer . Nach Beschwerde bekam ich ein besseres mit guten Matratzen, neuer renoviert . Die eine Nacht wurde mir erlassen. Das war fair.

Praktisch alles

très beau site, très belles installations, tous les repas délicieux, confort, personnel attentif, massages parfaits, C'est un peu daté mais c'est ce qui fait une partie du charme. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel avec du pain délicieux. Restaurant 2**top avec un personnel très professionnel mais convivial. Très bonne expérience.

Manque quelques place de parking pour PMR mais il y a un service voiturier.
