Das Essen ist hervorragend. Das Restaurant ist sehr empfehlenswert. Der SpaBereich ist sehr schön. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Betten waren sehr klein.

Excellentes Hotel mit sehr ruhiger Lage. Großes Haus mit vielen Komfort-Einrichtungen (u.a. Pool) und einem echten Top-Service. Mein großes Zimmer hatte einen Balkon, der auch im Winter zum Sitzen draussen einlud. Perfekt sauber. Wirklich bemerkenswert.

Es war weiter von der Autobahn, als es in der Draufsicht auf die booking.com-Karte aussah. Aber reichlich Parkplätze.

Die räumliche Ausstattung des Saunabereichs und die weihnachtliche Aussendeko.

Wurden ohne Entschuldigung oder Ausgleich irgendeiner Art in ein Zimmer einer niedrigeren Kategorie einquartiert. Man hat uns lediglich beim Auschecken den Differenzbetrag ausbezahlt. Die Äpfel im SPA Bereich waren zum Teil faulig, das Zitronenwasser wurde nicht ersetzt. An unserem Abreisetag war das Personal im Frühstücksbereich so dezimiert dass es hoffnungslos überfordert war. Beim sehr teueren Abendessen musste man auf einen freien Tisch warten. 5 Sterne - wohl eher nicht.
