Das Zimmer Bernstein liegt direkt über der Raucher-Lounge - wo geraucht und gekifft wurde. Durch die Sonneneinstrahlung über die komplette Fensterfront war es sehr warm. Das einzige zu öffnende Fenster ist maximal 30 Zentimeter breit. Als wir morgens - gegen 7.30 Uhr - duschen wollten gab es nur kaltes Wasser. O-Ton der Mitarbeiterin: „Der Boiler schafft es nicht. Wir sollen doch Nachmittags duschen“ Insgesamt wirkte alles etwas schmuddelig.
