"Wenn man gut verwöhnt werden will, muss man ins Parkhotel Hachenburg"

Das Frühstück war genial, sehr große Auswahl. Die Lage des Hotels ist ruhig und bis ins Zentrum von Hachenburg ist es nicht weit, über einen Park sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal ist überwiegend jung, aber man merkt, dass sie mit Spaß dort arbeiten. Gute Parksituation direkt am Hotel.

Das wir keine Zeit hatten den Poolbereich zu besuchen

"Schönes Hotel in einer schönen Umgebung"

Sehr schönes Hotel mit Pool und Fitnessraum in einer schönen Umgebung. Man konnte seine E-Bikes in einem separaten Raum unterstellen und laden. Es gab genügend Parkplätze und das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut. In der Nähe gibt es einen Hofladen wo man frische Erzeugnisse bekommt.

Unser Kühlschrank war defekt und die Innenlampe des Kühlschranks hat durchweg wie ein Blitzlichtgewitter geblinkt, so das man nicht schlafen konnte. Von Seiten der Rezeption wurde nichts unternommen um den defekt zu beheben. Es war niemand in der Lage zwei Schrauben zu lösen um den Stecker zu ziehen und den Kühlschrank auszutauschen. Man hat uns mit einem defekten elektrischen Gerät im Zimmer gelassen und hat damit die damit verbundene Brandgefahr und den Brandschutz völlig ignoriert. Für solche Fälle sollte es auch am Wochenende einen Notdienst geben.

Das Personal war freundlich und der Wellness Bereich war sehr schön. Die Lage war toll.

Das Bad war nicht richtig gereinigt.(auf dem Bidet lagen noch Kopfhaare und Rasurhaare. Fugen waren kaputt. Das Restaurant kann ich nicht empfehlen. Kam mir vor wie im Schnellimbiss. Essen war für den Preis, schlecht (Calamarissalat wie Gummi). Ich habe für ein 4 Sterne Hotel besseres erwartet
