Hotel Room was Very dirty

Did not particularly like the hotel.

It's decor is antiquated and tried. Bathroom grubby and old shower. There was a TV but no stations. No soap in the shower dispenser. One of bulbs in the shower was burnt and another bulb missing by the bedside. Old towels. No lift to Upper floor.

Nothing good on this stage

- Reception wasn’t able to speak in English (on check-in time) - Reception give registration paper only all in German and wasn’t able to explain what information they want, our trave documents he wasn’t able to read and wast ask any questions also (take it the picture without asking). -To take extra money for services, that they was able to make quickly. - Reception confusion about the room keys (they was thinking we already have them and waste of time. - Room what we booked was supposed to be with balcony (it was in reality without) - Arrived in the room -bathroom was already used with someone else and all floor floated with the water 😳(becase it was 1:00am, reception was already closed and wasn’t possible to ask clarification, even not in the morning check-out time). - Front of us neighbour room 202 (room where was possible to smoke), but probably stuff not knowing the fact that smoke was in our room, mainly in bathroom (arrived to our room via bathroom ventilation) + huge argument that room after 3:00am.

The area was quiet and there was a shoping store smd restaurant nearby.

The door was locked when i arrived although it was midday, the staff were most of the time not present at the counter, there was no room cleaning service, the rooms were not clean.

Paid parking, bad beds, hot room , everything broken, from the shower to the beds, the walls... very old , very expensive, one of the worst hotel I've been in many years..
