Direkt am Hauptbahnhof! Weil das nachts offenbar eine nicht so sichrere Gegend ist! Angezeigter Preis stimmt nicht mit tatsächlichem Preis überein Rechnung erbeten! Keine per email erhalten! Renovierung im Gange! Früh Lärm ! Wird nirgendwo angegeben! Dennoch 40 Prozent teurer als vor Covid . Dennoch kein Nachtportier mehr!

Kommer klokken 23 og kan ikke finde hotellet og hvor døren er . Ser nogle ibis mærker på bagvæggen men der er mørkt og på yderdøren siger teksten intet om det er hotellet tværtimod. Går hen til nabo hotellet og spørger om hvor jeg finder hotellet og indgang for jeg skal tjekke ind, nå jamen det er her når det er om aftenen. Hvordan skulle jeg vide, jeg intet fået at vide, og hvorfor sætter de ikke et tydelig Besked op på yderdøren med hotel ibis på. Det er for dårligt, derfor den dårlig karakter.. I situationen kunne personalet have været mere forstående.
