200 m zur Tram, angenehme Raumaufteilung, bemühte und freundliche MA. Einfaches Frühstück im Haus. Gutes Frühstück in Cafes in 5 min Gehweite. Viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Die Einrichtung versprüht 80er Jahre Charme, sehr einfache und spärliche Ausstattung der Küchenzeile. Parken zeitweise mühsam.
