I liked the photos of the rooms, but ours was very different! dark, cold, cramped.

I asked for a coffee from the lady at the breakfast, she simply said “no” and when asked awkwardly why as I pointed to the large barista machine beside her… she explained some reason the barista coffee is not for breakfast. I think it’s totally reasonable and normal to ask for a good coffee in the morning. There was plain filter coffee on the table in a plastic jug instead on the tables. The breakfast was extremely mediocre, the presentation of the food needs improvement, although the breakfast was flavoursome, there wasn’t much variety at all.
