The staff was exceptionally good. Max went above and beyond to help me when my internet stopped working. Thanks to her exceptional support, I was able to move around and reach the airport. Another staff (the guy whose name i cant remember) gave good advice on restaurants and things to do. The room was large and confortable. Location was great, practical, near a shop and small restaurants.

Room cleaning should be improved.

Sono stati tutti gentilissimi..abbiamo anche avuto un imprevisto con la camera e ci hanno sistemati nel migliore dei modi.. abbiamo anche chiesto la colazione in anticipo per un'escursione e non ci sono stati problemi! Posizione ottima, staff eccellente. Ci tornerei sicuramente

Todo estuvo muy bien, las habitaciones, el personal hablaba inglés y te orientaba muy bien… Ellie nos ayudó muchísimo, fue súper amable y atenta!! Sin duda volvería!! Ellie Nos ofrecia cada que saliamos bebidas frías, su atención fue más de lo que esperábamos!! Gracias Ellie

Хорошое расположение для однодневного осмотра достопримечательностей. Чистый номер. Зерновой кофе (вместо скуднонго завтрака).

Номер (или весь отель?) только на одну ночь. Из окна открывался вид на кирпичную стену, расположенную на расстоянии 30 см, что создавало ощущение полуподвального помещения, несмотря на приток свежего воздуха. Завтрак был крайне скудным, что стало неожиданностью, учитывая мой многолетний опыт путешествий, и характеризовался отсутствием выбора и недостаточным количеством. Обращает на себя внимание состояние стен под окном и потолка в душевой, где наблюдались вздутия и отслоения краски, вызванные протечкой воды.

Very good location, and calm in the night. It is close to the metro station and only like 1h walk from the Forbidden City, also 30m from Wangfujing. Ellie and the staff were also very helpful and friendly.

Es realmente un lugar perfecto para tener de base en Beijing. Cerca de una avenida donde podes cenar en lugares super locales muy baratos como tambien para tomarte un DiDi que te deja en 20 minutos en cualquier lugar a donde vayas. La cama era comodisima (mido 2m y peso 120kg). El desayuno esta Ok, no brilla pero no resta. Lo que es espectacular es la atención y calidez de sus trabajadores, en especial Max que tiene un ojo para el detalle y una predisposición fuera de serie, gracias por tanta buena onda y todo lo que hiciste por nosotros. La nota de color la da Pudding el gatito del hotel, mas bueno y lindo no hay. Gracias por esta maravillosa estadia 💖
