Young ladies staff are exceptional. They are willing to help with anything. I really appreciate to the two ladies who helped me to book for bullet train and the tour for Forbidden City. Also thanks to the lady from breakfast room. She’s great to serve to the tourists.

Très bon rapport qualité prix ! Personnel très agréable. Gros coup de cœur pour le petit chat Pudding et la gentillesse de Jon qui nous a laissé la nourrir.

Les filles ont été tout simplement géniales : toujours disponibles, souriantes et de très bon conseil pour nous guider tout au long de notre séjour. Une mention spéciale à John, dont la gentillesse et l’attention ont vraiment marqué notre expérience.Grâce à leurs recommandations, nous avons pu profiter pleinement de notre séjour et découvrir Pékin ainsi que ses environs dans les meilleures conditions. Lo mejor el trato del personal. En concreto John ha sido increíble. Viajo constantemente y no es habitual encontrar un trato así de bueno. Me explicó lugares a los que ir, me ayudó con el transporte,… un encanto de chico!! Cuando vuelva a Beijing volveré al mismo hotel. Por supuesto. Gracias al personal y muchas gracias a John!!!!
