Ubicación

Reservé en Booking. Estoy recién operada, por lo que solicité una cama con un colchón Blando. Me dieron todo lo contrario. Solicité un cambio me cobraron 16 Euros más. Llegué a Frankfurt en tren como siempre con retraso así que ya eran las 10:00 de la noche. Por lo que no pude cambiar de hotel. La respuesta del empleado. Eso pasa por reservar por booking por celular. 😠😠😠
