駅から近い事です。 駅の南側入り口から徒歩2分で 私の部屋からホームが目の前に見えました。 今回の旅行で初めてのウォシュレットが有り、感激。

Ich übernachte hier gern, es ist zweckmäßig, sehr sauber, eine gute Lage am Hauptbahnhof, trotzdem nicht laut, auch bei offenem Fenster. Die Möglichkeit zu frühstücken ist nicht der letzte Gourmet - Schrei, aber ausreichend für den Tag.

Die Bar am Abend hat nicht sehr lange auf, Speisen gibt es, aber keine große Auswahl, bei meinem letzten Besuch musste ich fast eine halbe Stunde auf den Barmann warten, er war in den Räumen der Küche verschwunden.

3泊滞在しました。チェックイン初日に3泊分の宿泊料金を支払いました。2日目にホテル側の都合で2泊目・3泊目の料金が受け取れないと連絡があり、クレジットカードに返金されたので再度支払うよう言われて、フロントで2泊目の宿泊料金を再度支払いました。 3日目にもまた問題が発生したと連絡が入り、再度フロントへ行って、返金が完了していないため再手続きを行い、もう一度支払いました。最終日の朝チェックアウト時には、ホテル側のミスでフロントで長時間待たされました。さらに、最終泊分の領収書は今現在も受け取れていません。 このトラブルで計3時間以上の時間を無駄にしました。その件について、中国女性のフロントスタッフに、ホテル側の見解を伺おうと話した際（その時点でこめんなさいの言葉は一言もありませんでした）、彼女の態度が非常に悪く、最後にはその場から立ち去ってしまいました。 このような接客態度は理解できません。今回の支払いトラブルの直接の担当者ではないかもしれませんが、チームとしてお客様に対してこのような対応をするのはいかがなものでしょうか。接客レベルが非常に悪いです。 We stayed for three nights. We settled the accommodation fees for all three nights upon check‑in on the first day. On the second day, we were told that the hotel failed to receive payment for the second and third nights, and that the money had been refunded to our credit card, asking us to pay again. We went to the front desk and paid for the second night’s stay. On the third day, we were notified of another issue. We went to the front desk again and were told the refund had not gone through, so we had to reprocess and make the payment once more. On the morning of check‑out, we were delayed for a long time at the front desk due to the hotel’s mistakes. Additionally, we still haven’t received the invoice for the last night even now. This whole matter wasted more than three hours of our time. When we talked to a Chinese‑speaking female front‑desk staff member about this issue and asked if the hotel had any explanation (we had not received even one apology by then), she had a terrible attitude and simply walked away in the end. We really cannot accept this kind of service. Even though she may not have been directly involved in the payment issues, you are a team. It is inappropriate to treat customers like this. Your service is extremely poor.

就是房间有点小，其它都OK！

Good location, quiet, room was well equipped and the breakfast was great.

A little expensive but not bad for the location.
