"Zentrales Hotel mit Charme"

Zentrale Lage in der Altstadt von Augsburg. Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr freundliches Personal mit herzlichem Empfang! Gutes Frühstück.

Kleines Zimmer, in dem es angesichts der Temperaturen leider kaum auszuhalten war. Kleiner Ventilator half wenig. Besuch gerne wieder im Herbst, aber nicht mehr an warmen/heißen Sommertagen...

"Alles in allem nicht empfehlenswert"

nur die Lage zur Innenstadt. Sauberkeit war zufriedenstellend.

Doppelzimmer gebucht, eine etwas vergrößerte Abstellkammer erhalten. Es bestand fast ausschließlich aus Dachschrägen.Schranktüre liess sich nicht ganz öffnen, da Bett im Weg. 1 wackliger Holzstuhl als Sitzgelegenheit für zwei Personen. Ein Fernseher von ungefähr 30 cm Diagonale gab es sogar auch noch. Das alles für ca. € 120,00 pro Nacht war dann allerdings nicht gerechtfertigt. Mein Hinweis am Abreisetag wurde mit recht fadenscheinigen Antworten etwas arrogant abgetan. Letztendlich war ich dafür wohl selbst verantwortlich.

die direkte Nähe zum historischen Zentrum die aufpassende Bedienung beim Frühstück die entgegenkommende Haltung des Personals

die frühe Schliessung des Hotels am Abend die etwas rätselhafte Verteilung der Adressen der Gebäude (Hotel mit Zimmern <-> Parkgarage)

Sehr freundliches Team. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir im Innenhof abstellen, der Nachts verschlossen ist. Gute Lage.

Frühstück war für die Leistung zu teuer.
