Die Lage war für mich, für ein Event in Leverkusen, absolut perfekt. Frühstück war lecker und ausreichend. Gute Kaffeemaschine. Ein- und Auschecken war einfach, nett und problemlos.

Es gibt keinen Aufzug. An sich, für mich, kein Problem, sollte vielleicht aber irgendwo deutlicher stehen.

Die Verbindung, Lage und Sauberkeit.

was uns nicht gefällt das Bett von der Zimmer 115 muss getauscht werden weil ungemütlich war. Sonst war alles ok. Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Otelin konumu gerçekten oldukça iyi ve merkezi bir noktada yer alıyor.

Sunulan imkânlar beklentinin altında kalıyor. Tesiste kurutma makinesi bulunmuyor ve housekeeping hizmeti verilmiyor. Odalar oldukça küçük özellikle duş ve tuvalet alanı çok dar olduğu için 180 cm üzerindeki misafirler rahat etmekte zorlanabilir. Ayrıca kahvaltı da çeşit ve yeterlilik açısından zayıf kalıyor. Konum avantajlı olsa da, konfor ve hizmet beklentisi olanlar için bazı eksiklikler mevcut.
