Beautiful classic Barvarian Alps hotel in spectacular setting, up on a hill with views across the fields to the mountains. Breakfast was very good. Had dinner one night and was excellent. There is also a very nice outdoor beer garden serving food with the same beautiful views. Room was comfortable. Hotel is outside of Penzberg in the countryside so is very peaceful and relaxing.

Next time will book a room with balcony, if possible to better enjoy the views and have more space. The room could use a mini-refrigerator. Unfortunately, the excellent restaurant is closed on Monday and Tuesday nights. Not many restaurants very close by.

We were located in the 3rd floor. Elevator works only up to 2nd floor.
