Langeoog is a car-free Island. Please note that the schedule for Langeoog’s Island ferry is continually changing, as ferry-crossing times are dependent on the tides. The travel time from Bensersiel Ferry Port to Langeoog Island is approximately 60 minutes. For a fee, guests can leave their cars at Bensersiel Ferry Port, which has a large car park. Please note that the spa tax is not paid at the property but at the Langeoog tourist board or at the automatic machines. A deposit may be required at the property.

Hotel war wie immer super toll. Das Personal war wirklich aufmerksam und zuvorkommend.

Mir ist aufgefallen, dass man in den letzten Jahren fast komplett auf ausländisches Personal umgestellt hat. Wahrscheinlich aus reinen Kostengründen. Die Menschen aus Vietnam waren absolut engagiert und sehr zuvorkommend, allerdings habe ich den Eindruck, dass sie schlecht bezahlt werden und dafür Deutsch lernen dürfen.

Unfreundlicher Mitarbeiter,der die Bookingbuchungen bearbeitet und telefonisch massiv auftritt. Alter Kuchen im Kühlschrank, Abflussgeruch im Bad,keine Seife im Bad nachgefüllt, zuviel berechnet bei Storno eines EZ, teureres EZ beibehalten,Kurtaxe wurde nochmal mit der Zimmerabechnung in Rechnung gestellt.
