The Mild Spring Boutique Hotel is an exquisite example of hospitality where the hosts provide you a comfortable stay and the personal touch. From the moment we arrived, the warm reception made us feel welcome and well cared for in the hotel and in coordinating activities during our stay. After a busy schedule, enjoying cups of their local tea was the perfect way to relax before exploring the night time activities in the nearby Liyang district and Tunxi Ancient Street. The rooms were cozy and well appointed. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. The location was also convenient to Huangshan and Xidi or Hongcun.

The hotel is very charming and lovely; staff is super friendly. The location is convenient. Rooms are clean. We really enjoy the staying. Highly recommend!

The hotel was very comfortable, with a good room, a good bed and a good shower. The owners were especially helpful: they explained how to visit the mountain, helped me with the bus information and made the stay much easier. The location was also convenient for walking around the old street area.

There was some noise from the commercial street, although it stopped before midnight and did not become a serious problem. Apart from that, there was very little to complain about.

What a beautiful hotel! Refurbished to a high standard, but has a lovely traditional, characterful feel. Helpful information to get the best from our trip was readily available. Beds are super comfy. Breakfast was delicious with a mix of Chinese and some western foods. All thoughtfully prepared. A really lovely stay in Tunxi district of Huangshan.

Just a small point, really. We booked the 2 bedroom house because we were 2 couples. We liked the communal lounge space for playing cards etc. The upstairs bedroom is actually a mezzanine type floor over the main bedroom, meaning 2 couples are effectively sharing the bedroom space. This would not be a problem for a family group. And, since we are good friends, it actually made us laugh to be in such close confines. But just a heads up for friends who are making a booking.

Welcoming, homely, intimate, clean, relaxing, and well maintained. Excellent position. Lovely, well thought out design and lighting and bedroom was beautiful and romantic. Exceptional delicious breakfast which changed daily. Loved the fresh bread.
